First Year B.pharm

Eligibility

  •  Candidate should be an Indian National
  •  Should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of MSBSHSE or its equivalent examination.
  •  With subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology /Mathematics and secured minimum 50% marks.
  •  Minimum 45% in case of candidates of Backward class categories belonging to Maharshtra State only.
  •  Obtained non zero score in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics at MHT-CET.

Or

  •  Diploma holders who have passed the diploma course in Pharmacy
  •  With minimum of 50% marks from the Polytechnic affiliated to MSBTE
  •  or AICTE approved autonomous Polytechnics in Maharashtra State
  •  Diploma Holders who have passed minimum two years course in Pharmacy
  •  With minimum of 50% marks and medium of instruction as English from the outside of Maharashtra.

Fees Structure

  •   For Government Quota / Minority Quota / Institute level seats

    At the time of admission, the student will have to pay interim fee of Rs. 1,20,500/- for B. Pharmacy and as per final fees declared by Shikshan Shulka Samiti for the academic year 2024-25.

    Fee Payment should be made by D.D. in favor of

    Principal, H. R. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research payable at Shirpur

     

  •   However,

    This fee is subject to final revision of fee from Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Mumbai.

    As per DTE Information Brochure regarding fees prescribed in Un-aided Pharmacy colleges, student will have to pay the fee for the current academic year, as decided by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Mumbai for this institute.

  •   Further,

    Student must have to pay the additional fee in case of any further increase in fee for the current academic year as per the final revision of fee declared by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Mumbai.

    This additional increase in fee will have to be paid by the student within prescribed period as mentioned by this institute. Admitted candidate will have to submit an undertaking regarding the same, at the time of admission.

  •   Fee concession

    Fee concession will be applicable for SC/ST/NT/SBC/OBC/EBC/PTC/STC category as per the rules mentioned in DTE MHTCET brochure for the candidates who admitted in Government Quota only and not applicable for the candidates who admitted in Institute / Minority Quota.

Note for the students admitted in Government Quota

  •  Documents required for supporting the backward class reservation claim made by candidates are as per the details published in DTE MHTCET brochure.
  •  Candidates belonging SC/ST/NT/SBC/OBC/EBC and admitted through Government Quota are required to submit all necessary documents required for claiming concession in tuition and other fee as per DTE MHTCET brochure.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND OF FEES

  •  Application for the cancellation of admission (institute as well as hostel) will be considered if and only if the candidate has taken admission (institute as well as hostel) by paying full fees and has submitted all required documents / certificates / undertaking / affidavit in originals at the time of admission.
  •  The rules regarding cancellation of admission and refund of fees shall be as described by DTE, Mumbai brochure MHT CET.
  •  The candidate is required to apply in the proforma - O as given in DTE, Mumbai brochure MHT CET. If the cancellation is done after cut-off date, the student shall pay full course fee. (i.e Four years fee for the candidate admitted in First Year Pharmacy. Three years fee for the candidates admitted in Direct Second Year Pharmacy)

Discipline

The institute gives a very high emphasis on discipline of students in and outside campus. A student should abide by the institute and hostel rules and agree to conform to the rules and regulations in force from time to time. He/she will do nothing either inside or outside the institute that will interfere with its orderly governance, discipline and image.

  •  Students will have to attend all theory and laboratory hours during working days from the first day of the academic year.
  •  In case of absence due to unavoidable circumstances prior permission from the Principal is to be taken. For sickness they will have to produce medical certificate with an application from their parents or guardians. In such case parents/guardians should inform the authorities immediately.
  •  During the teaching hours the main lobby all the corridors and the area surrounding the library are to be observed as silent zones. Students who cause any disturbance, such as loud noise or vehicular hours in these zones shall be liable to a punishment at the discretion of the authorities.
  •  Students should strike a proper balance between extracurricular activities will not be allowed to interfere in academic schedule.
  •  Students will not include in any rowdy or indiscipline within or outside the campus.
  •  Students will not indulge in the antisocial activities and will not form a group causing any hindrance to the academic and administrative activities of the college. If he/she is found doing so he/she will be punished and disciplinary action will be taken by the authorities.
  •  Students should not damage the property of the institute cost of such damage will be recovered from students, parents/guardian of the students.
  •  Students must carry their own identity Card in the campus and produce it on request. In case of loss or damage, the concerned authorities should be informed immediately.
  •  Students are not permitted to enter the class room, laboratory or library unless they wear the prescribed uniform. They should enter the Laboratory only with Apron, Cap, Mask as indicated.
  •  Students should park their vehicles in the Cycle/Motor cycle stand in queue.
  •  Students should follow the rules as framed by canteen in-charge.
  •  Students should use carefully Plants in medicinal garden, Tiolet blocks, Water cooler, Newspapers and Periodicals etc.
  •  All the students should read notice board regularly.
  •  Students are strictly prohibited to possess or consume tobacco, tobacco products & narcotic drugs in and out of the campus. Students found violating these instructions will be rusticated immediately without warning.
  •  Ragging in any form inside or outside the campus is strictly prohibited by law. Any students found raging other students will be summarily expelled from the institute and disciplinary action as per Maharashtra prohibition of ragging act – 1999 will be taken.
  •  Students shall not use mobile phone in the college campus.
